Lithograph printed in two colors on wove paper.
Artist’s proof, aside from an edition of 100.
An elegant outline drawing in black is overlaid with a warm-gray tint-stone. The artist simply applied a streaky brushed on wash to the second stone. The effect is gauzy, warm, peaceful, and timeless. It’s so simple, yet so effective, reflecting just how accomplished an artist August Mosca was.
Signed, titled, dated, and annotated in pencil.
