Le Ramassage des Pommes (descriptive French title)
Original drawing, pencil and pen and black ink, with tiny touches of orange on thin paper, laid down to board.
Signed in ink, lower right image corner, and with a small owl stamp in black, not fully inked, lower left image corner (Lugt 978).
Annotated "Réduire à 11 cm (cossed out) ---> 112 mill", suggesting the drawing was to be reproduced for publication.
"Made in France" sticker on the support sheet. "Douane Centrale - Exportation Paris" stamp on the verso.
With the J and G (Jim Goodfriend) initials, forming a butterfly stamped on the verso.
The indicated size is the sheet size of the thin paper laid down on board.
