A very fine impression in pristine, unrestored condition, with the freshest colors we have ever seen. Because of the strength of the colors of this otherwise delicate composition, the linear aspects of this image, such as the vertical line of the tall tree reaching to the sky, the lined green dress in the middle, or the rays of light beaming diagonally out of the blue sky all stand out and “read” clearly. This is as good as a landscape lithograph by Edouard Vuillard gets.
