The subject is virtually a Buhot trademark: the rain, the old lady with the umbrella and lantern, the dogs, the narrow street (in Valognes, his hometown).
Fine, atmospheric impression with good margins.
Signed in the plate.
With the J and G (Jim Goodfriend) initials, forming a butterfly in pencil, on the verso.
