Shogo OKAMOTO

Trained as a painter at the Tokyo National University of Fine Arts, Shogo Okamoto (1920–2001) began exploring printmaking techniques in the 1960s. His work is marked by a meditative calm, exemplified in his ability to evoke vastness through subtle shifts of color and tone.
