No stated edition, and scarce. It isn’t clear that any editions were ever printed of any of the artist’s few lithographs, which all seem to date from 1945 approximately.
Signed and dated in pencil.
NOTE: Depiction of interracial love at a time when segregation was still the reality in most of the US is rather scarce. The tender embrace of this couple seems purposefully depicted in an undefined place and time, thus elevating the subject to one of human affection, and not, as it would have been perceived by many at the time, as a political act.
