Lithograph on smooth wove paper.
Reference: Sylvain Laboureur 752. While Lotz-Brissonneau presumed an edition of 40, Sylvain Laboureur, and this print's scarcity indicate a much smaller edition. This is the artist's first lithograph, created when he was around 20 years old! An impression dedicated to Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec exists, which indicates the influence of Lautrec on Laboureur. This particular print is clearly deeply inspired by Lautrec's technique (using spatter and scraping), and his whimsical style.
