The human figure has been and remains a source of inspiration for many artists. And while nudes have dominated this category of artistic expression, by no means do we find it to be the as dominant as might be thought.  Christ on the cross. kids working in the garden, and people coming out of a movie theater, are all part of our current selection.  chances are that if you can think it, some artist has depicted it.
