Trial proof of a cover for song sheet music by Cécile Cheminade. It was quite unusual at circa 1900 to find published music by female composers.
With a vertical fold to mock up the shape of the finished cover. This one, however, has never been used as a cover and is in unusually fine condition for such an ephemera.
