Riverside Drive

Date
1910
Description

Color pencil on light gray wove paper.

In this drawing the drive is clearly laid out, as is suggested by the row of young trees being lit up by the afternoon sun. Thanks to the designation by Tobin himself, we know by then it was called a drive, and no longer an avenue, as it had been known until 1908.

Signed and titled in pencil.
