This is the title page to a set of etchings by Felix Buot which depicts Japanese objects from the collection of Philippe Burty, who was a prominent promoter of the Japanese arts in Paris in the latter half of the 19th century.
The etching is actually by Henri Guérard after an assemblage of tracings by Philippe Burty of Japanese originals the collector had handed to the artist. Burty coined the term "Japonisme" and can probably be credited in large part for spurring on this artistic movement.
