Démolitions Rue Lepic (original French title) 
Etching and aquatint on laid Arches paper.
Reference: Delteil 14; BN-IFF 3. 
Early state before further shading throughout, and before the edition of 25.  Scarce; and in this state, possibly unique. 
Dedicated to Eugène Delâtre, who likely printed many of his plates.  Eugène’s father Auguste, regarded as one of the fathers of etching revival in Paris, was Beurdeley’s eching mentor. 

One of the artist’s earliest plates, and a Parisian subject which pays homage to Charles Meryon, Jean-Baptiste Camille Corot, Whistler, Lalanne… 

Signed and dedicated in pencil.
